After years of advanced surgical training and clinical practice, Dr. Gordon recognized the need for a model that blends high-level medical expertise with time, prevention, and personalization.
This practice was built to offer women structured, continuous care across every stage of life, without fragmentation, rushed visits, or reactive medicine.

Dr. Toya Gordon is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained Urogynecologist & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon, OB/GYN, and Certified Menopause Practitioner. She is the founder of Journey Well MD, a modern women’s health practice providing comprehensive, life stage centered care.
With specialized training in functional medicine, herbal medicine, nutrition coaching, and sleep science, Dr. Gordon integrates evidence-based medicine with whole-person care to help women optimize their health, energy, and long-term vitality.
Her clinical approach emphasizes prevention, personalization, and continuity and provides proactive, high-level care for women at every stage of life.
