I created the Journey Well MD Virtual to support women seeking care now, while the physical practice is being thoughtfully built. Many women have already reached out with questions and health concerns, and this virtual platform allows me to offer personalized, high-level women's health care with intention and time.

This private-pay model is designed for women who value comprehensive physician-led care across life stages. Virtual care will remain a core part of Journey Well MD alongside in-person services, as well as live sessions, webinars and wellness offerings.

A comprehensive first visit focused on understanding your health history, current concerns, and goals. This visit allows time for meaningful conversation, clinical guidance, and the development of an individualized care plan.
Comprehensive Follow-Up Visit | 45 minutes

Designed for ongoing care, review of symptoms or labs, medication adjustments, and continued support as your health needs evolve.
Focused Follow-Up | 30 minutes

For established patients with a single, focused concern or focused check-in.

An extended visit designed to support recovery and well-being after childbirth, including pelvic health concerns, hormonal changes, physical recovery, and overall transition into the postpartum period.
Medical Record Review & Discussion | 45 minutes

A dedicated visit to review outside medical records, labs, imaging, or prior treatment plans and discuss next steps with clarity and context.

Important Information
Journey Well MD Virtual is a private-pay telehealth service. Insurance is not billed for virtual visits at this time. Patients may choose to submit receipts to their insurance carrier independently, depending on their plan.

Care is provided by Dr. Toya Gordon, a double board-certified Urogynecologist & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon, Certified Menopause Practitioner, and holistic wellness expert with specialized training in functional medicine, nutrition coaching, herbalism, and sleep science.
